Placement Support

TIBM is one of the leading MBA colleges in Tamil Nadu, consistently striving to create a dynamic learning environment where students’ curiosity fuels critical thinking and creativity enhances their competency development. With impactful initiatives like the Future Leaders Program (FLP) and the Corporate Mentorship Program (CMP), students are prepared from day one to meet the expectations and challenges of the modern workplace.

Our dedicated academic and career support services ensures a seamless journey from enrolment to recruitment, helping students discover their core values, strengths, emotional intelligence, and career aspirations. Industry leaders and academic experts regularly engage with students through Corporate Lectures, inspiring them to develop new skills, gain confidence, and build expertise across various business domains.

At TIBM, the Corporate Relations Team operates under the strategic guidance of the Management, Board of Directors, and Advisory Council — all distinguished professionals and leaders in their respective industries. This team plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between campus and industry, ensuring that students stay updated on emerging trends through guest lectures, seminars, and industry interactions.

The team continuously gathers insights into the evolving demands of various sectors and collaborates with the Management to shape relevant training modules. These efforts prepare students for a smooth transition into the professional world. As part of career readiness, students undergo rigorous mock sessions covering aptitude tests, group discussions, and personal interviews, significantly boosting their confidence and preparation for placement opportunities.

During the placement week, companies from diverse sectors such as Services, Automotive, Manufacturing, Chemicals, E-commerce, FMCG, and IT are invited to recruit. This wide industry representation ensures that students have the opportunity to pursue careers aligned with their passions and long-term goals.

The summer internship is an integral part of TIBM’s curriculum, designed to provide students with valuable industry exposure and practical experience. This internship helps students deepen their understanding of real-world management challenges, operational processes, and corporate dynamics.

After completing their first year, students take on summer projects with reputed corporate firms, where they apply their academic learning to practical business scenarios. These projects are aligned with the specific requirements of the hosting companies. Over the course of 8–10 weeks, students work under the close mentorship of a company executive and, upon completion, submit a detailed project report to the organization.

Many of our students have earned Pre-Placement Offers as a result of their outstanding performance during these internships.
