Summer Internship Programme

The Summer Internship Programme is an integral component of the MBA curriculum prescribed by Anna University.

After the successful completion of the first year, every student undertakes a structured internship with an organization to gain practical exposure to business operations and management practices. The internship enables students to apply classroom concepts to real business situations while developing analytical, problem-solving, communication, and professional skills.

Students work under the guidance of industry mentors and faculty supervisors and complete a comprehensive project aligned with organizational requirements. The internship experience provides valuable insights into the corporate environment and strengthens students’ career readiness.

Placement Update

TIBM commenced its MBA programme in the academic year 2025–2026. The institute is actively building strong relationships with leading organizations to facilitate internships and campus recruitment. Placement statistics will be published after the graduation of the first batch in 2027.
