The Summer Internship Programme is an integral component of the MBA curriculum prescribed by Anna University.

The internship enables students to apply classroom concepts to real business situations while developing analytical, problem-solving, communication, and professional skills.

Students work under the guidance of industry mentors and faculty supervisors and complete a comprehensive project aligned with organizational requirements. The internship experience provides valuable insights into the corporate environment and strengthens students’ career readiness.

TIBM follows a comprehensive placement preparation process designed to equip students with the competencies expected by leading organizations.

The Training includes:

The programme is delivered through workshops, simulations, practice sessions, and continuous feedback from faculty members and industry experts.

As the inaugural batches of TIBM embark on their professional journeys, the institute is committed to building strong corporate partnerships and providing every student with comprehensive career guidance, industry exposure, internship opportunities, and placement support.

Through continuous engagement with industry and a strong focus on holistic development, TIBM aims to empower women managers who are prepared to lead with competence, confidence, and integrity.
