Ms. Aishwarya is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies at the Theivanai Institute of Business Management (TIBM). She possesses 12 years of professional teaching experience in academia, complemented by valuable practical insights from her experience as a freelance HR consultant and marketing partner. She holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Human Resources. 

In addition to her teaching responsibilities, she contributes significantly to academic administration, curriculum development, and student mentoring at TIBM, where she serves as a class in-charge for MBA students. 

Ms. Aishwarya is actively committed to scholarly research and corporate-aligned management education. She has demonstrated leadership in organizing institutional events, such as coordinating the SYNERGY 2026 Inter-Collegiate Meet hosted by TIBM. Her research focus includes sustainable management practices and employee wellbeing, specifically aimed at addressing burnout within academic and institutional environments. Dedicated to fostering innovation and ethical leadership, she aims to prepare management students to excel in dynamic global business environments.
