Mr K Sivakumar, MBA – Assistant Professor

K. Sivakumar is the Assistant professor of the Department of Management Studies, TIBM with over 17 years of teaching and academic administration experience. He holds an MBA in Finance & Marketing from Anna University and a B. Com from the University of Madras, and is currently a Ph.D. candidate (Waiting for Viva) at Annamalai University.

Prior to current role, he worked as an Assistant Professor at Affiliated Anna University College for 14 years, bringing deep academic expertise and structured learning into the classroom. He has published research papers in reputed peer-reviewed journals, including the Journal of Computational Analysis and Applications and REDVET, presented papers at international conferences.

In addition to teaching, he contributes to academic administration, curriculum delivery, student mentoring, and outcome-based education initiatives. He is committed to fostering innovation, research, ethical leadership, and industry-oriented management education, while preparing students to excel in dynamic global business environments.
