Dr. S. Ruby Grace is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies, TIBM with over 6 years of teaching experience in higher education and school education. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from Annamalai University, along with an MBA and BBA, specializing in Human Resource Management and Marketing.

Dr. Ruby Grace has a strong academic and research background with expertise in teaching, research, and academic administration. She has published five research papers in reputed Scopus-indexed and peer-reviewed journals covering areas such as omnichannel retailing, digital marketing, HR analytics, corporate wellness, consumer behaviour, and strategic workforce optimization.

She has also authored two books and contributed two book chapters. Her publications include the books Tourism and Travel Management and Digital Marketing, along with book chapters on Sustainable Sourcing and AI-Driven Digital Transformation across Arts, Science, Management, and Engineering: A Systematic Review.

She has presented research papers at several national and international conferences and has actively participated in faculty development programmes, workshops, seminars, and research methodology training. In addition to teaching, she has served as Association Secretary, Class In-charge, Research Guide, and IMMAGS Coordinator, contributing to student mentoring and academic administration.
