Mr. S. Prabusankar is an Assistant Professor in the Department of MBA at TIBM. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Master of Business Administration with specialization in Marketing and Finance. With 12 years of professional industry experience, he brings practical business knowledge and real-world perspectives into management education, creating an engaging and application-oriented learning environment for students.

Prior to joining academia, he gained valuable experience in Banking and Financial Services, Information Technology, and e-Governance implementation. He contributed to the e-Panchayat Mission Mode Project under the National e-Governance Plan, Government of India, supporting technology-driven governance through project coordination, stakeholder engagement, user training, and digital transformation initiatives.

His academic interests include Marketing Management, Financial Management and Artificial Intelligence in Management. He is also a co-author of the textbook Human Resource Management, published by SKRGC Publication, demonstrating his contribution to academic learning resources for management education.

He is committed to Outcome-Based Education, experiential learning, and continuous professional development. His vision is to inspire students through innovative teaching, industry-oriented learning, and ethical leadership while continuously strengthening his academic, research, and professional capabilities to contribute meaningfully to management education and society.
