Ms. MARY PREETHI C is an Assistant Professor in TIBM, with a multidisciplinary academic background and professional experience in engineering, management, information technology, and teaching. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Aeronautical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Human Resource Management.
Before entering academia, she worked as a Data Preparation Consultant, where she gained practical experience in data management, documentation, quality processes, and organizational operations. She has also served as a Teacher Assistant for Physics, enabling her to develop strong instructional, communication, and student mentoring skills.

Her areas of interest include Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Industrial Relations, Entrepreneurship, and Educational Technology. She is proficient in MS Office applications, data analysis, documentation, presentation skills, and digital teaching tools. She believes in creating an interactive, learner-centred classroom environment that encourages critical thinking, innovation, ethical values, and professional growth.
